Primetime Cable Ratings: October 31, 2013

Thursday Night Football on the NFL Network dominated the Cable scene on Thursday night, boasting more than three million more viewers and the next closest program, THE O'REILLY FACTOR. The Halloween night game drew6.5 million viewers and a solid 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49. It was up nearly two million viewers, from last week, and saw an increase in the A18-49 rating by 39%. Last week, the NFL game had game two of the MLB World Series to content with.
