Primetime Cable Ratings: February 4, 2014

It was a strong night for the OWN scripted series THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS, as it was the most watched cable program on Tuesday night. The episode drew 3.4 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. It is the first time this season HAVES was a #1 program of the night.
