Stephen Amell Broke Facebook; Got Himself Flagged as Spambot

Facebook, you have failed this exercise...

Arrow star Stephen Amell decided to surprise his fans and organize a short Q&A on his Facebook fan page on Wednesday, February 5. However, he neglected to consider one minor obstacle - the social network's rigid security system. Halfway through the discussion, Amell was blocked from commenting and flagged as a spambot, due to his overwhelming activity on the site. And we're talking about Facebook here; not even Felicity Smoak could get him out of trouble (joking).

Stephen got back to his fans with a status update, where he explained what had happened and expressed his resentment in a smart sarcastic way. Here is what he said...

"

K... Facebook has fully blocked me from making comments on any and all posts because I'm so prolific at replying their algorithm's determined I must be a spam bot. I AM AMELL THE SPAM BOT.

Sorry everybody... Wanted to go for another 30 minutes. My apologies if your question didn't get answered.

We will do this again and it won't mess up.

In the meantime... I'm sort of glad I broke Facebook.

"
