The Role: • Attract, identify and acquire new clients through generating leads and cold-calling. • Building working relationships and negotiating terms of business. • Understand their hiring requirements and then provide an expert efficient recruitment service. • Advertise for and headhunt the best candidates to work for you clients. • Screen CVs and candidates over the telephone, matching them to vacancies. Do you have what it takes? • Strong academics / recent graduate • A real desire to be successful and progress quickly in a fast growing company, • Great work ethic, • Previous sales experience desirable, not essential.
