Primetime Cable Ratings: July 16. 2014

FOX NEWS got a push in the ratings as THE O'REILLY FACTOR rose to the #2 spot, drawing 2.9 million viewers. The news has been active the last few days, with the middle east heating up and the USA upping the sanctions against Russia. In light of today's news of the downed airliner, in the Ukraine, expect not only FOX to benefit in the ratings, but CNN and MSNBC, as well.
