Final Broadcast Ratings: October 13, 2014

The CW premiered its newest series, JANE THE VIRGIN, and the results are not that bad. The opener collected 1.6 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in Adults 18-49. It only lost one tenth of a ratings point in the demo, but rose 23% in total viewership, from its THE ORIGINALS lead in. Compared to the BEAUTY AND THE BEAST season premiere, in the same time slot, last year, the numbers are up nearly a half a million viewers and 100% in the demographic ratings.
