Primetime Cable Ratings: October 17, 2014

With baseball playoffs complete on cable TV, Discovery's GOLD RUSH moves up to take the Friday night chart. The reality series collected 3.6 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49. It was the only series with a demo rating above a 1.0 and also the only show with over three million viewers. Companion series THE DIRT placed 6th on the night.
