It was a competitive Tuesday night in the late night ratings. NBC and CBS were neck-and-neck, separated by just two tenths of a ratings point, in the 11:30 time slot and one tenth at 12:30. THE TONIGHT SHOW dropped about 25% of its audience, from Monday night, while THE LATE SHOW, with Hillary Clinton as guest, rose over 10%. The affect of the change carried over to 12:30 as LATE NIGHT and THE LATE LATE SHOW posted the same share number for the household ratings.
