Primetime Cable Ratings: February 17, 2016

College basketball was the most popular program on cable TV, on Wednesday night. The Duke vs North Carolina game hauled in 2.9 million viewers and the night's best A18-49 rating, a 1.1 score. However, the early game, starting at 7 PM, only drew 1.2 million viewers.
