On election-eve, viewers were tuning into the cable news networks to get their last bits of information before casting their votes on Tuesday. FOX News, CNN and MSNBC pretty much placed their entire primetime lineups into the top 20 of Monday night's ratings. Between the three networks, here is the total viewership of each hour. At 8 PM, 8.8 million viewers. At 9 PM, 7.6 million viewers. And, at 10 PM, 8.2 million viewers.
