US Box Office Results: April 14 - 16, 2017

THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS, the 8th movie in the franchise, is still drawing movie goers as it posted just over $100 million in its opening weekend. That already puts it as the #9 movie of the year, in total box office take and should reach #2 by the end of its run. Within the FATS/FURIOUS franchise, it marks the second best opening, behind 2015's FURIOUS 7 $147 million. Worldwide, FFATE OF THE FURIOUS had grossed over $532 million.
