Primetime Cable Ratings: July 26, 2017

Cable news dominates the top of Wednesday's cable chart, with the top five spots going to FOX News and MSNBC. Rachel Maddow takes the top sot with 2.9 million viewers, but FOX News takes the next three, with an average of 2.6 million viewers.
