
The four of the five broadcast networks were in encores, on the first day of the Labor Day holiday weekend. NBC, airing a two hour special on the 20th Anniversary of the death of Princess Diana, DIANA, 7 DAYS, rose the special to nightly win, averaging 4.0 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in Adults 18-49. The two-hour special drew 3.9 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating. At 10 PM, NBC's DATELINE drew the night' best demo rating, a 0.8 score, while collecting 4.3 million viewers.
