Hurricane Irma coverage, by the Weather Channel, was Thursday's top program, with all three hours averaging over 2.2 million viewers and a 0.5 rating inAdults 18-49. That is on par with what the channel drew the night before. Expect larger ratings for TWC as the storm hits Florida.
