The Presidential Address through half the night off, airing at 9 PM, eastern time. Combined between the BIG 4 networks, The address drew about 15.1 million viewers and a 2.9 rating in Adults 18-49. With the better lead in, ABC drew the largest audience for the speech, with 5.4 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49.
