Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has previously announced- their new Christmas movie coming during their Gold Crown Christmas event in July will be "Christmas Camp"! (See details in previous post - *here*!)
Now, it's the Hallmark Channel's turn!
EW has exclusively announced "A Merry Christmas Match," starring Ashley Newbrough and Kyle Dean Massey, to premiere July 13, 2019 at 9pm/8c. on the Hallmark Channel - during their Keepsake Christmas event.
Here is the storyline via EW: "The plot revolves around a woman named Corey (Newbrough) who lives in a ski village, works in her mom’s antique shop, and puts on an annual children’s Christmas pageant in honor of her late father. When a man named Ryder (Massey) visits her store, Corey wonders if she should have left town and followed her dreams of becoming a theater director."

According to the article, the “Gold Crown Christmas” campaign will run from June 28 to July 14, and Hallmark Channel’s “Keepsake Christmas” will take place from July 12 to July 27, however, I am "currently" seeing Christmas movies listed on the Hallmark Channel for July 28 too! Changes to the schedule are still possible, so we'll see!
It sounds like Christmas Camp and A Merry Christmas Match are two of the 40 Christmas movies Hallmark is premiering this year! So... after this - there will be 38 Christmas movies to watch - this upcoming Holiday Season! I'm keeping a list - *here*, as Hallmark officially announces them!
