Heather Graham sure has played very diverse characters, but those that always come to mind first are her roles as Vegas prostitute Jade in The Hangover and porn actress Brandy "Rollergirl" in Boogie Nights.



Now that I've set the tone, we should move on to the fun part. Heather talks to Women's Health UK in their latest issue about the link between women, sexuality and showbiz. Here are some of her quotes:

I feel like women don't have the safety to express themselves sexually.

There's a lot of movies about men's fantasies, but what about women? What would the world be like if women asked for everything they wanted?

A woman being able to express her sexuality is the ultimate form of freedom.

The industry is totally sexist. It’s run by men mostly.

Look at the movies that are coming out. How many are about women? If you look at who the leads are, they’re probably 75% men.

Sex is a part of who I am and it took me a long time to feel good about it.

But it's an aspect of my personality. I wasn't sure if it was good or bad to be a person who really enjoys sex.

She's [Susan Sarandon] like, 'I'm a hot woman, I'm going to do whatever I want.' It's too depressing if you listen to what society says, so why not make your own rules?
