Primetime Cable Ratings: October 28, 2013

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL on ESPN did beat the World Series, Game 5, in the A18-49 ratings, by one tenth of a ratings point, but the coverage of the Seahawks vs Rams game was down 14% from last week, in the ratings category. Viewership was also down a chunk, off by 2.5 million viewers.
