HALO Series to Be Directed by Neill Blomkamp?

We are getting closer to seeing an actual live-action adaptation of Halo, albeit on the small screen. Latino Review reports that the TV series that will be produced by Steven Spielberg may have found its director. The latest rumor claims that Elysium helmer Neill Blomkamp is considered for directing the pilot episode.



Blomkamp is currently occupied with his upcoming project Chappie, starring Hugh Jackman and Sharlto Copley. I doubt he'll have time for Halo.
