Twitter TV Ratings: January 23, 2014

Three of the top four programs, in the Twitter Ratings chart for Thursday, consist of the lower rated pregames in the Nielsen ratings. The #1 program THE VAMPIRE DIARIES was the second least viewed program of the night, yet it tops all TV programs on Twitter activity.
