Final Broadcast Ratings: August 4, 2014

ABC may be going to the well once too many, on Monday night, as the series premiere of BACHELOR IN PARADISE did little to carry over audiences from THE BACHELORETTE. The series opener could only produce five million viewers and a 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49, placing it in a tie with RUNNING WILD, on NBC. Compared to the season average of THE BACHELORETTE, BIP is off by 18% in the demo ratings and 1.4 viewers. If the series can't get the viewers now, it will be hard pressed to get them later.
