The President's speech on Thursday night sparked the ratings on FOX News Channel as all three primetime shows made the top 10 of the night. The channel was led by THE O'REILLY FACTOR (#2), grabbing 4.2 million viewers and a relatively decent 0.5 demo rating. Right behind it, in the #3 spot, was THE KELLY FILE, holding onto 3.2 million viewers. Closing out the night, HANNITY (#9) brought in 2.0 million viewers.
