Top 100 Primetime Cable: December 1 - 7, 2014

With THE WALKING DEAD done until February, FOOTBALL reigns as the king of cable TV. Both the Monday night and Thursday night games ranked first and second, respectively, in the weekly rankings. MNF generated ratings near its 2014 season average, 11.8 million viewers and a 4.1 demo rating., but TNF posted its best numbers of the season, without a CBS simulcast, commanding 9.1 million viewers and a 3.2 demo. The Thursday night match up was the only non-division game of the year, and featured two of the best fan followed teams, the Cowboys and Da Bears.
