Top 100 Primetime Cable: January 12 - 18, 2015

The first ever college football playoff championship game posted the all -time best numbers for a cable program, hauling in 33.3 million viewers and an 11.0 rating in Adults 18-49. The title game rose about five million viewers, from the previous week's semi final games. ESPN may have the next "Super Bowl" level TV event if the first season is any indication.
