The weekly cable ratings are littered with NCAA Tournament games. In just the top 15, there are six and a grand total of 22 spots devoted to the tournament. TBS had the top game, airing in the late slot on Saturday night, which collected 3.9 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49, and ranked 5th on the week.
