ABC's annual presentation to the classic movie, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, helped the network win the night in the A18-49 ratings, edging NBC by a tenth of a ratings point. The Charlton Heston movie averaged 6.8 million viewers and a 1.4 demo rating, over all four hours of primetime. That is more than 10% in viewers and about 30%, in the demo, above last year's telecast, which aired on a Saturday night, in late April.
