The two hour wedding episode of 19 KIDS AND COUNTING was Tuesday's top cable program, as the reality series collected 3.5 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in the A18-49 demographic. That is the most watched episode of the season and ties the season premiere for the best demo rating.
