NBC debuted the new limited series, AQUARIUS, to less than stellar results. The David Duchovny series averaged just 5.7 million viewers, a 1.0 A18-49 rating and a 1.6 A25-54 rating. It tied for 2nd place, in the 9 p.m. hour, and first in the 10 p.m. hour. But, there was no other original programming during the 10 p.m. time slot. AQUARIUS was the third most watched show of the evening, but six other programs did better in the A18-49 demo, including an encore of THE ODD COUPLE. NBC was first in total viewers and tied with FOX for the top A25-54 rating, but was second, just edging CBS, in the A18-49 ratings.
