Out Burn: Marubo no Onnna Deka Yagami Eiko Special, staring Ryoko Yonekura and other all-star casts! English subtitles provided by Heiwa Fansubs. Eiko Yagami/Ryoko Yonekura is a member of Tokyo's Organized Crime Control Division where she is a Marubo, a unit which deals directly with organized gangs to try and keep the peace. But Eiko has some sidelines: she's a moneylender to her fellow police officers and is also willing to do the odd side job for those on the criminal side for the money. All that is threatened when the powerful Senma-gumi gang's Boss's daughter is found stabbed to death. As this threatens to pit gang against gang, Eiko and the police have to hurry and find her killer. Still, Eiko's contacts throughout both the police and the various gangs could help her quickly track down the killer...
