Miyamoto Musashi SP *Takuya Kimura EN Subtitled

Musashi Miyamoto/Takuya Kimura left his village and ended up fighting in the battle of Sekigahara with his childhood friend Matahachi/Yusuke Santamaria, but looses Matahachi on the way. He returns to the village to inform Matahachi's family about what had happened. At the village, he is persecuted by the villagers. Musashi becomes worn down physically and mentally. Otsu/Yoko Maki plays her bamboo flute and sooths his pain and gives him hope. Soho Takuan appears in front of Musashi. He then rebuilds his life with his sword. He begins to journey for truth throughout Japan, and relies solely in his sword fighting skills. He meets many masters of the sword and grows as a notable person. In the end, developing his Niten-ryu style.

Based on the novel "Miyamoto Musashi" by Eiji Yoshikawa (published from August 23, 1935 to July 11, 1939 in Asahi Shimbun).
