For the second night in a row, AMERICA'S GOT TALENT tops an annual sports programming event. On Wednesday night, it topped THE ESPYS, on ABC, more than doubling it in total viewers and beating in in each of the three demographic categories. In Adults 25-54, AGT posted a rating 50% higher than THE ESPYS. At 10 PM, THE NIGHT SHIFT posted season highs, including 6.3 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 25-54.
