Premiere Week: L+3 Ratings for Wednesday 09/21/2016

DESIGNATED SURVIVOR added a third of its total audience, via the DVR, Live+3 ratings. 5.3 million of the 15.3 million viewers came after the Live+SD numbers. The A18-49 rating saw bigger gains, adding 68% to its Live+SD number, for a total of a 3.7 rating.
