Primetime Cable Ratings: September 21, 2016

With the events in North Carolina, FOX News rises to the top of the Wednesday night charts, taking three of the top four spots, including the #1 show of the night, THE KELLY FILE. The 9 PM news program attracted 3.5 million viewers, topping week two of AMERICAN HORROR STORY by 300,000 viewers. But, AHS did post the best A18-49 score, with a 1.8 rating. On the night, FOX News averaged 3.4 million viewers.
