Primetime Cable Ratings: October 5, 2016

The National League Wild Card game did not disappoint ESPN in the ratings, as the winner take all game drew 7.4 million viewers and a 2.2 rating in Adults 18-49. That is 3.2 million viewers more than the AL Wild Card game, on TBS, the night before. Compared to ESPN's AL Wild Card game, last year, the 2016 NLWC was only slightly off in viewers and demo ratings.
