Top 100 Primetime Cable: January 16 - 22, 2017

Politics was the hot topic in cable television, as the three news networks, dominated by FOX news, take 13 of the top 15 spots and 20 of the top 30 spots on the chart. FOX News owns the top three spots, with Friday night coverage of the Inauguration festivities, averaging just under seven million viewers. CNN's ANDERSON COOPER 36, on Friday night, managed to get the #4 spot before FOX News takes four of the next five spots.
