For the second straight week, CBS sweeps the weekly ratings, with more solid performances from the NCAA Tournament games and mostly original episodes for its regular series. CBS took the top two spots with an NCAA Tournament over run and 60 MINUTES, on Sunday night. The network also had 17 of the top 30 shows of the week.
