Primetime Cable Ratings: February 28, 2017

Coverage and analysis of the President's address to Congress, dominated the top of the cable ratings, on Tuesday night. Between FOX News, MSNBC and MSNBC, they take 13 of the top 15 spots on the char. FOX News alone takes the first six spots, including 10.7 million viewers for the address.
