The military action in Syria pumped up the cable news ratings, with the top eight shows being grabbed by FOX News, MSNBC and CNN. HANNITY, at 10 PM, was #1 on the night, collection 4.9 million viewers and an above average, 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49., ANDERSON COOPER 360, also at 10 PM, was the best CNN hour, drawing 3.5 million viewers and a 1.0 demo rating. MSNBC News, at 10PM, brought in 2.8 million viewers and a 0.4 demo rating. Between the three networks, 11.2 million viewers were watching cable news, along with a 2.1 rating in Adults 18-49.
