Primetime Cable Ratings: October 22, 2017

THE WALKING DEAD season premiere ruled the Sunday night cable ratings, commanding 11.4 million viewers and posting a 5.0 rating in the A18-49 demographic. But, that is down 5.6 million viewers and 40% in the demo, from last year's fall premiere. It is also down from the winter premiere, in February, by 600k in viewership and 12% in the demo. TALKING DEAD continued the winning night for AMC, holding onto 4.9 million viewers, out of TWD.
