NEWS: Disney Will Purchase FOX Assets for Over $52 Billion

Today (December14, 2017) Disney Announces that it will purchase many assets of 21st Century Fox, in a deal worth over $52 million in stocks. FOX Stock holders will own a 25% stake in Disney, when the deal is completed in roughly a year's time.
