ABC's winning streak ends with the finale of THE BACHELOR, allowing CBS to swoop in, with March Madness, and sweep this week's ratings. Three of the four nights of the first two rounds are represented on the chart, including the late Sunday afternoon game, featuring Duke vs UCF, ranking #1 on the week. CBS pushed 16 shows into the top 30 and every CBS program is in the top 60.
