Primetime Cable Ratings: February 21, 2016

There were over fifty cable programs, on Sunday night, that drew one million viewers, or more. The top of the list was, obviously, occupied by THE WALKING DEAD and TALKING DEAD. TWD had very little erosion from last week's mid-season premiere. Just a few thousand in total viewers to about 3% in the A18-49 demographic. TALKING DEAD was off by 800k in viewers and about 12% in the demo.
