Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 05/22/2016

ABC had an easy time sweeping the Sunday night ratings, thanks to the BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS. The three hour pop music event collected 8.9 million viewers and a 2.9 rating in Adults 18-49. It was the most watched and highest rated program of the night, but that is down over 20% in total viewers and a loss of 24% in the A18-49 demographic, from last year's telecast.
