Primetime Cable Ratings: January 8, 2018

The College Football Championship Game was the #1 program on Monday night, beating everything on cable and broadcast TV. The game, featuring Alabama vs Georgia, attracted 27.4 million viewers and an 8.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is nearly double last year's game, which drew less than 14.5 million viewers, on ESPN. The game was also simulcast on ESPN, adding another one million viewers.
